vonniemorton.com gladly accepts returns or exchanges on all unworn merchandise except on Thongs and Briefs. In order to protect the personal hygiene of all our customers, We simply cannot accept returns on thongs and briefs if its packaging has been opened.
Returns must be made within 15 days of invoiced date.
Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
Merchandise that is received after 15 days will only be issued a merchandise credit, valid for ninety days.
Return for refund
A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales
Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges.
Return for exchange
To return an item, please include your original receipt along with a brief note indicating whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. Please allow ten working days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Your new color, style or size choice will be shipped the next working day after receipt of original merchandise. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail or phone of its expected ship date. If you do not wish to wait, we will be happy to issue a refund to your credit card for the value of the merchandise. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges. If your new choice exceeds the cost of the original merchandise, the balance will be charged to the credit card used for original order.
How to return merchandise
Returns can be sent via DHL or express Mail. Please enclose a copy of your sales receipt and a reason for the return or instructions for exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. We are not responsible for items that have been lost in transit to us.
